Brief introduction of energy-saving firewood stove
Energy-gathering firewood stoves are also called biomass cooking stoves, plant cooking stoves and energy-saving firewood stoves.
Energy-gathering firewood stove uses wood, sawdust, shavings, weeds, corncob, straw and other plant materials as fuel, and uses its unique stove body structure to combine and promote the direct combustion, carbonization and gasification of wood. So as to gather all the heat energy at the furnace mouth and achieve the maximum strong firepower and energy-saving effect.
Energy-gathering firewood stove was successfully developed by the team of design engineers of Blue Boat Energy Development Co., Ltd. of Wuhan University of Technology, drawing lessons from the technological principle of large-scale coking furnace and combining with the structural design of large-scale biomass gasification device.
The unique feature of the energy-gathering firewood stove is that when using the conventional stove, the fuel is ignited from below, and the combustion is carried out from bottom to top, because the heat is easily conducted from bottom to top. However, the fuel consumption is very fast, and a large amount of smoke is easily washed up. Energy-gathering firewood stove adopts magical vortex airflow device, under the action of vortex airflow, the fire burns from top to bottom. At the same time, the vortex airflow brings enough oxygen to make the fuel burn violently and generate huge heat. The wood near the burning point is partially pyrolyzed, and the generated combustible gas rushes up and burns at the mouth of the furnace. In this way, the heat generated by direct combustion and the heat generated by gasification combustion meet and gather at the furnace mouth, thus achieving the ideal effects of full combustion, extremely high flame temperature and fuel saving. The energy gathering furnace has a big hearth and a small mouth. Coupled with the downward pressure of vortex airflow, the ash produced by combustion is not easy to fly out of the furnace, so there is little dust and no choking smoke when it is used.
Energy-gathering firewood stove is the latest and most practical biomass stove at present, which is suitable for the vast rural areas and urban-rural fringe.
