China's laws provide for the labeling of registered trademarks. Article 26 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Trademark Law says: "When using a registered trademark, the words" registered trademark "shall be marked or the registration mark (note) or (r) shall be marked.

1. A registered trademark should indicate that the provisions of the law seem to be mandatory, and its original intention is that you must show it to the public if you are a registered trademark. As for where it is marked, it is not limited, and it can be on the goods, packaging, instructions or other places.

2. The way of marking registered trademarks. According to the law of our country, there are only three ways to mark a registered trademark, that is, to add four Chinese characters of "registered trademark" and the word "note" at the back of the registered trademark, with a circle outside the note, "R" and a circle outside the R. Any other way is not in accordance with the law.
