The product leaflets distributed by the store feature American landmarks such as the U.S. Capitol Building.

The reporter logged into the official website of the product and saw the above introduction of the relationship between its products and the United States: "In 2003, Bailan Furniture Co., Ltd. applied to the American head office to introduce the 'BALAND' brand, so 'American Brand· Bailan Mattress 'Comes to China'; "Shenzhen Bailan Furniture Co., Ltd. has become the only authorized manufacturer and largest production base of the American 'BALAND' company in the Far East."

However, the reporter subsequently searched the China Trademark Network and the US Trademark Patent Network and found that the registered owner of the BALAND trademark is Huang Shuitian, and the registered address is Xingmei Village, Jiudu Town, Nan'an City, Fujian Province , but one is in Chinese and the other is in English.

On May 9, the reporter wrote to Shenzhen Bailan Furniture Co., Ltd. for an interview regarding relevant questions. The other party responded in writing: "Shenzhen Bailan Furniture Co., Ltd. was originally a mattress spring supporting company. In 2003, In 2005, he planned to expand from a supplier to a mattress manufacturer, so he planned to register the 'Baland' trademark in the United States in 2005. The trademark registration process itself also has a certain period of time. It is registered in both China and the United States in order to operate in China. ”

What kind of company is the so-called "American Corporation"? On May 9, the reporter consulted a person in charge of Shenzhen Bailan Company surnamed Wu over the phone, and the other person said that he would give the reporter a reply later. As of press time, the reporter had not yet received a reply.

6. Wohuang: On May 1, in the "Camon Mattress" store in Beijing Red Star Macalline Home Plaza, the reporter got a product leaflet that read "Inheriting the British With the words "Centennial Classic Craftsmanship", the manufacturer is Dongguan Wohuang Bedding Co., Ltd.

The reporter logged on to the company's website and found that the company also produces another "British Sleeping King" mattress, which also "inherits century-old British classic craftsmanship." The website also declares: “When Wohuang Bedding entered the Greater China region, under its corporate strategy of British Royal High Standards and Fine Craftsmanship, the Chinese factory was planned and designed beyond industry standards - explaining the century-old history of Wohuang Bedding. Royal Seiko requirements”.

The reporter logged into the China Trademark Network and found that "Wohuang" is a registered trademark in China. The registration application date is February 4, 2008. The applicant is "Chen Deguang" and the registered address is Houjie Town, Dongguan City. . Subsequently, the reporter logged on to the website of the British Intellectual Property Office, which is the official website responsible for trademark registration in the UK. The reporter's search found that the image and text of Wohuang's trademark are exactly the same as those on the China Trademark Online. The application date is July 10, 2008. The trademark holder is "ChenDeguang" (陈德光), and the registered address is also the same.

As to the question of why it promotes its products to "inherit British century-old classic craftsmanship", a person in charge of Shenzhen Wohuang Bedding Co., Ltd. responded in an interview with reporters, "The company is based on British high quality and classic craftsmanship." 7. Shuxiang: The holders of the Shuxiang (SUSHN) trademark are Dongguan Feitong Marketing Planning Co., Ltd., and the registered addresses are also the same, both of which are the First International Wealth Center in Nancheng District, Dongguan. The registration application date in China is May 19, 2010, and in the UK it is July 9, 2010.
