How to Understand Article 33 of the New Trademark Law: Prior Rights Holders and Interested Parties
Article 13 The prior obligee and interested party in the second and third paragraphs refer to the holders of well-known trademarks.

Article 15 The prior obligee and interested party refer to the principal and representative.

Article 16 The priority obligees and interested parties mentioned in the first paragraph refer to the people and consumers in this area.

Article 30 Prior obligees and interested parties refer to the holders of registered trademarks or preliminary registered trademarks.

Article 31 The prior obligee and interested party refer to two or more applicants whose application time is earlier.

Article 32 Prior obligees and interested parties refer to trademark holders whose trademarks have been maliciously registered.
