In order to facilitate scanning and inventory of fixed assets, please paste the Enteng barcode label in a more eye-catching position on the surface of the equipment.
l The Enten barcode label should be pasted on a flat surface of the device. The Enten barcode label must be kept flat and cannot be bent, otherwise it cannot be scanned.
l When pasting the Enteng barcode label, please remove the original fixed asset label.
l Fixed asset barcode is an important aspect of system management. One item has one code, and one code can query all information. In order to unify the pasting positions and follow the principles of neatness, convenience, firm pasting, no scratching, and conducive to asset clearance and capital scanning, the following regulations are formulated:

I. Desk, For office equipment such as workbenches and computer desks, the barcode should be affixed to the upper left corner of the exposed side with the largest visibility, and should be horizontal to the desktop; the file cabinet can be affixed to the upper left corner of the upper front, and the file cabinet can be affixed to the upper left corner separately.
II. For computers, servers, projectors, fax machines, printers, scanners, UPS and other small equipment, the barcode should be pasted side by side with the equipment trademark or equipment barcode; small equipment can be pasted according to the above method. The barcodes of wall-mounted air conditioners and vertical cabinet air conditioners must be pasted side by side with the trademark.
III. For large equipment that is difficult to move, if the trademark is on the front, the barcode and trademark should be pasted side by side; if both sides are exposed, the upper left corner of the right side should be the main one; if one side is exposed, the barcode should be pasted side by side. The upper left corner is the main one.
IV. For wooden sofas and coffee tables, the barcode can be pasted directly on the side frame. For leather sofas and fabric sofas, the barcode can be pasted on the side where it is easy to scan. For office chairs, the barcode should be pasted on the middle and lower back of the barcode.
V. For small equipment such as cameras and small video cameras, the barcode can be pasted on the fixed asset card and kept by the department asset manager.
VI. Stool, paste the barcode in the middle of the back of the stool.
VII. Items not included above can be affixed as appropriate. Whether affixed to physical assets or cards, department asset managers should properly manage them.
VIII. When pasting the barcode, be sure to check the classification number of the asset information table, the user, and the purchase date to avoid pasting the wrong asset.
