How to check whether an Oppo mobile phone is genuine:
1. Look at the trademark logo.
Any OPPO logo on the mobile phone packaging box, manual, warranty card, charger, battery and mobile phone case that does not match the trademark is a counterfeit and infringing product.
2. Check the manufacturer’s name, address, and phone number.
Any product that is not marked with the manufacturer’s name, address, or phone number, or does not match the above name, address, or phone number, is a counterfeit and infringing product.
3. Check whether the warranty card is stamped.
Any warranty card without the red seal or with different words on the seal is a counterfeit and infringing product. Note that the warranty card is separate from the manual. The warranty card is a separate booklet with the address and phone number of the nationwide warranty point for OPPO mobile phone products.
4. Check whether the "OPPO" trademark appears on the startup screen.
When OPPO mobile phones are turned on, the "OPPO" logo will be displayed on the screen; while some counterfeit and infringing products will not display it.
5. Check whether the machine has an IMEI number.
OPPO mobile phone series products have the same set of IMEI numbers affixed on the packaging box, mobile phone body and warranty card. Each mobile phone corresponds to a unique IMEI number. The IMEI numbers of different machines are different; any Products that do not match the above characteristics are counterfeit and infringing products.
