The purpose of legislation is to eliminate unfair competition. Although it can't be used for propaganda, it still has a certain effect. For example, owning well-known trademarks can prevent others from maliciously registering the same or similar trademarks in related fields and adjacent fields. The protection of well-known trademarks in the new trademark law is still very strong.
