Whether adjectives can be used in trademark names is not absolutely unacceptable. However, if the words or signs directly represent the quality, main raw materials, functions, uses, weight, quantity and other characteristics of the goods, the Trademark Law stipulates that they shall not be registered as trademarks. Therefore, we cannot judge whether a trademark can be registered based on its part-of-speech, but we still need to make a judgment based on the results of previous similar searches for the same trademark.
