The Emperor’s Sausage is the most famous. Even the emperor has many types. Such as Ruyi, Tianfu, Jiafu, Erbajiaoshi, and so on. The difference is probably the ratio of fat to thin, and the ratio of soy protein (it seems). Timford Jiafu is the cheapest. The packaging of Huangshanghuang is the most beautiful, with great illustrations, and the taste is average in all aspects. (I would buy this as a gift). The wine in Guangzhou Restaurant is strong and the overall price is cheap. The brand is called Qiu Zhifeng, and there is also a Likou Fu (collected). Guangzhou Restaurant’s sausages are divided into special cuts, golden special grades, and golden premium grades. There are many low-end products: Xianxiang, Wanfu, Delicious, and Happy. Jinhuang and Puzhonghuang are both from Zhongshan, using old-fashioned Cantonese methods. Because it is a small factory, there are not many product lines. Jinhuang is more suitable for general consumers. Pu Zhonghuang now mainly serves claypot rice with sausages.
Dongguan Houjie Sausage (Houjie is the name of the place) is also good. The small explosive meat bombs sold by Shen Hongfei are of this type, but I don’t know what brand they are.
