The rules for the use of collective trademarks shall include: (1) the purpose of using collective trademarks; (2) Collective members who use the trademark; (three) the quality of goods or services using collective trademarks; (4) Conditions for using the trademark; (5) procedures for using the trademark; (six) the rights and obligations of collective members and the responsibility for violating the rules.
