Responsible for the registration of commodity trademarks, service trademarks, collective trademarks, certification trademarks and other trademarks, handle trademark objection rulings and related matters such as the change, transfer, renewal, replacement and cancellation of registered trademarks, guide, coordinate and organize local industrial and commercial administrations to investigate and deal with trademark infringement and counterfeiting cases, identify and protect well-known trademarks according to law, supervise and manage trademark agencies, and study and formulate rules and regulations and specific measures for trademark registration management.
