In September 1995, the "Yellow River" trademark application was successfully registered. "Yellow River" was officially determined as the main trademark of our company's products, and the "Yellow River" brand was born. Due to the good foundation laid by the "Lanle" brand beer in the early stage, the "Huanghe" brand beer was recognized by the majority of consumers once it was launched. With the establishment of the Yellow River brand status, we proposed a "brand strategy with trademark strategy as the core" in 1996. While increasing trademark advertising, we also set the goal of striving to become a well-known trademark in China. After three years of preparation, we formally submitted an application for certification to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in July 1999. On May 26, 2000, we organized a high-level seminar on "Capital Operation and Risk Prevention in the Development of the Western Region" at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Leaders from the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and other relevant national departments, as well as famous experts and scholars, attended the meeting. The former Gansu Provincial Vice Governor Cui Zhenghua attended the meeting and delivered a speech on "Implementing the Famous Brand Strategy and Accelerating the Development of the Western Region". The meeting explored many new ways for us to strengthen intellectual property protection and further implement the brand strategy with trademark strategy as the core. Through our unremitting efforts, on February 8, 2002, the "Yellow River" trademark was officially recognized as a Chinese well-known trademark by the National Well-known Trademark Recognition Committee, becoming the third Chinese well-known trademark in my country's beer industry after Qingdao and Yanjing. It is also the first Chinese well-known trademark in the history of Lanzhou City and even Gansu Province in the field of consumer goods. We spent six years striving to create a well-known trademark in China, and it was indeed hard-won.

In 1997, the Northern Asia Intangible Assets Appraisal Firm was commissioned to conduct an evaluation. The brand value of "Yellow River" reached 1.815 billion yuan, making it the brand with the highest brand value in the beer industry in the northwest region. This is something we "Yellow River people" can be proud of.
