Initial state:
The punch is at the top, and the limit switch SQ3: ON.
The manipulator is at the limit edge, and the limit switch SQ4: ON.
Right row manipulator:
Press the start button SB0, and the manipulator clamps the workpiece 2S.
After 2S, the manipulator moves to the right until it touches the limit switch SQ 1, and then stops.
Stamping:
Punch it down.
Punch up.
Left manipulator:
After stamping, the manipulator moves to the left until it touches the limit switch SQ4 and stops.
When the manipulator is released, the workpiece falls and returns to the initial state.
Two. Control requirements
In manual mode, press the start button and stop automatically after one cycle.
In automatic mode, press the start button and stop automatically after 10 cycles.
During the automatic cycle, when the current cycle ends, press the stop button to stop.
