Submission of application documents: if the applicant goes directly to the trademark registration hall, the application documents will be submitted in the acceptance window of the trademark registration hall after they are ready, and the staff at the window will confirm whether the application documents are qualified. Where a trademark agency is entrusted to handle the matter, the trademark agency shall serve the application to the Trademark Office. The fees to be paid for an application for renewal of registration are: paper application (by category) in 5 yuan, and online application (by category) in 45 yuan that accepts online posting. If the application for renewal of registration is submitted within the six-month grace period after the expiration of the time limit, a delay fee is required.
