Where a trademark agency is entrusted to handle the matter, the trademark agency shall serve the application to the Trademark Office. The fees to be paid for an application for renewal of registration are: paper application (by category) in 5 yuan, and online application (by category) in 45 yuan that accepts online posting. If the application for renewal of registration is submitted within the six-month grace period after the expiration of the time limit, a delay fee is required.
