(six) to coordinate the business relationship between the various departments of Korean language and writing work. Article 6 The organs of self-government of autonomous prefectures attach importance to the standardization of Korean language and writing. Article 9 The official seals, plaques, awards, certificates, slogans, announcements, advertisements, signboards and road signs of state organs, enterprises, institutions, social organizations and individual industrial and commercial households in Autonomous Prefecture shall be written in both Korean and Chinese. Writing norms shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Autonomous Prefecture People's government. Tenth Korean citizens in the Autonomous Prefecture can fill in various applications, volunteer books, registration forms and other documents in Korean.
State organs, enterprises and institutions in the Autonomous Prefecture, in the recruitment, employment of national civil servants or recruitment of professional and technical personnel and management personnel, enrollment, technical assessment, promotion, job title evaluation, in addition to the provisions of the state and the province to use Korean and Chinese languages, candidates can choose one of them according to their wishes. Eleventh autonomous prefecture people's courts and people's procuratorates at all levels shall use the spoken and written languages of the Korean and Han nationalities to hear and prosecute cases, and guarantee the rights of Korean citizens to use their own spoken and written languages in litigation. Translation should be provided for litigants who are not familiar with Chinese. Legal documents should be written in Korean and Chinese or one of them according to actual needs. Twelfth state organs, enterprises and institutions in the Autonomous Prefecture, when accepting and receiving letters and visits from Korean citizens, should use the language used by the visitors. Article 13 The organs of self-government of autonomous prefectures attach importance to training Korean children to use their own spoken and written languages.
Korean primary and secondary schools in Autonomous Prefecture should strengthen the teaching and research of Korean language. Article 14 The organs of self-government of autonomous prefectures shall ensure that Korean students scattered in remote mountainous areas enter ethnic primary and secondary schools or ethnic classes that teach in Korean to learn their own language. Article 15 The organs of self-government of autonomous prefectures shall strengthen the editing, publishing and distribution of Korean books, gradually increase the types of Korean books, newspapers and periodicals, and ensure the editing and publishing of Korean textbooks, teaching reference materials, extracurricular reading materials, scientific and technological books and popular science books. Article 16 The organs of self-government of autonomous prefectures attach importance to radio and television programs mainly in Korean, and strengthen the translation of Korean film and television. Article 17 The organs of self-government of autonomous prefectures advocate and encourage the creation and performance of literary works and cultural programs in Korean language. Article 18 The organs of self-government of autonomous prefectures shall strengthen the translation of Korean language. Autonomous Prefecture People's Government shall set up a translation agency to guide the Korean translation in Quanzhou.
County (city) local state organs shall set up translation agencies, equipped with full-time translators; Large and medium-sized enterprises with more Korean employees and townships (towns) where Korean people live together or live together can be equipped with full-time or part-time translators as needed. Nineteenth autonomous prefecture translation agencies translate official documents, meeting materials and related materials of higher authorities and organs at the same level, and undertake the translation of various meetings held by organs at the same level. Article 20 The translation of official seals, plaques and other texts of state organs, enterprises and institutions in Autonomous Prefecture shall be examined and approved by state and county (city) translation agencies.
