Trademark registration rejection review is also called "trademark rejection review". It means that after the trademark registration application has been reviewed and rejected by the Trademark Office, the applicant is dissatisfied with the reasons and legal basis for rejection by the Trademark Office and files a petition with the Trademark Office. The review committee applies for review and consideration of the original case.
According to Article 28 of the "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China":
For a trademark applied for registration, the Trademark Office shall start from the date of receipt of the trademark registration application documents. If the review is completed within nine months and meets the relevant provisions of this Law, a preliminary review and announcement will be made.
Article 29:
During the review process, if the Trademark Office believes that the content of the trademark registration application needs explanation or correction, it may require the applicant to make explanations or corrections. If the applicant fails to make explanations or corrections, it will not affect the Trademark Office’s examination decision.
Article 30:
Any trademark applied for registration does not comply with the relevant provisions of this Law or is a trademark that has been registered or preliminarily approved with others on the same or similar goods. If the application is identical or similar, the Trademark Office will reject the application and will not publish it.

There are two ways for domestic applicants to handle various trademark registration matters: one is to go directly to the Trademark Office; the other is to entrust a nationally recognized trademark agency to act as an agent. . Foreigners or foreign enterprises must entrust a trademark agency to handle trademark registration matters in China, except for foreigners or foreign enterprises with habitual residence or business offices in China. Registration in the name of an individual requires the following:
1. A copy of the personal ID card.
2. A copy of the individual industrial and commercial household's business license. To register in the name of a company, a copy of the company's business license must be provided with the company's official seal in the blank space.
When applying for a registered trademark, you need to bring the following documents:
1. Provide 1 registration certificate of a registered trademark for each application and submit 1 application form for a trademark registration certificate .
2. If you go directly to the trademark registration hall, submit a copy of the applicant's business license with the official seal of the unit, a copy of the "Trademark Registration Certificate", and a copy of the person in charge of the identity card.
3. If entrusting a trademark agency to handle the matter, submit a trademark agency power of attorney.
