Method/Step 1: WeChat WeChat official account is not authenticated.

1. If your WeChat WeChat official account is not authenticated, you can get a chance to modify the name of WeChat WeChat official account as long as you apply for WeChat authentication, regardless of service number or subscription number. However, 300 yuan certification fee is required for WeChat authentication, and the name of WeChat WeChat official account to be modified must conform to the naming rules of WeChat public platform.

2. As for the naming rules of WeChat public platform, I am not very clear, which is decided by WeChat backstage.

This method is only used for unauthenticated accounts. If WeChat WeChat official account has been authenticated, you need to refer to the following methods to change your name.

Method/Step 2: The account of WeChat public platform has been authenticated. After this method, you need to contact Tencent customer service (generally a third-party certification body that cooperates with WeChat). Since I only modified the authentication service number, if the authentication subscription number is applied by the company, the modification method is the same as the authentication service number.

1. If you have successfully applied for the WeChat authentication service on the WeChat public platform and need to modify the public account name, you need to prepare the following information first:

(1), public account (QQ number/email address);

(2) The original ID of the public account (you can check it in the "Settings" account information of the public platform);

(3) Name of the original public account;

(4) The name of the public account to be opened;

The inspection method is as follows. Please refer to the next step for other required information.

(5) The new public account name is based on the naming method and corresponding information.

The reference materials are as follows:

The first naming method: based on company abbreviation or organization abbreviation: no need to upload special information. For example, the authentication name is 1. Tencent Customer Service ("Tencent" is the abbreviation of Tencent Shenzhen Technology Co., Ltd.) 2. Hunan Satellite TV (organization name of TV station) 3. Guangzhou Public Security Bureau (organization name).

The second naming method: based on the name of the online store: no need to upload special information. Example of certification name: Nike official flagship store.

The third naming method: based on trademark name: only trademarks registered/applied for by Chinese mainland Trademark Office. To register a trademark, please provide a trademark registration certificate. For a trademark registered by others, you must also provide a trademark power of attorney from the trademark owner. To apply for a trademark, please provide a trademark acceptance notice. Example of certification name: wo club ("wo" is the trademark name).

The fourth naming method: subject to the name of the building, excluding the company abbreviation/trademark. Need construction project planning permit or commercial housing pre-sale permit and other documents. Example of certification name: Southern Communication Building.

The fifth naming method: the telephone number shall prevail, and the company abbreviation/trademark shall be excluded. For the customer service telephone number clearly defined by the public, no proof is needed, but the ownership certificate of other telephone numbers and the telephone charges and invoices for the last 3 months are required. Example of certification name: 95555 ("95555" is the customer service hotline of China Merchants Bank)

The sixth naming method: based on media (radio and television, newspapers and periodicals) channels/programs/newspapers/periodicals. Radio and television need to provide a "radio and television broadcasting agency license" or "radio and television channel license"; Newspapers and periodicals should provide People's Republic of China (PRC) Publishing License, People's Republic of China (PRC) Publishing License or People's Republic of China (PRC) Publishing License; Online media should provide the License for Internet News Information Service or the License for Information Network Dissemination of Audio-visual Programs.

Examples of certification names: 1, Good Voice of China (program name) 2, Southern Metropolis Daily (registration)

The seventh naming method: based on other naming methods, provide the relevant administrative or legal proof of the right to use the name, which will be determined after being audited by Tencent and a third-party auditing agency. For example, the naming of large-scale mass activities with more than 1 000 people requires a safety license for large-scale mass activities.

Please refer to the figure below for the naming method based on public account names.

(6) WeChat official account operator's ID card photos (photos of the front and back of the operator's ID card when registration is required, as well as ID number and photos on the ID card, etc.). You can see it clearly, and a copy of the operator's ID card can also be used);

(7). Letter of application for modification of official account name of WeChat (official seal of the enterprise is required).

(8) In case of trademark change or enterprise name change, provide scanned copies of trademark registration certificate, enterprise business license and organization code certificate.

note:

A. If the modified public account name contains both the trademark and the main font size of the company name, the main font size of the company must be placed before the trademark, so the modified official WeChat account must be carefully considered, otherwise Tencent customer service will not pass the audit.

B. If a trademark is involved, and the trademark is owned by our company, we only need to provide the trademark registration certificate; If the trademark is owned by other companies or individuals, we need to provide a copy or scanned copy of the trademark registration certificate and a power of attorney for the use of the trademark. The trademark registration certificate needs to be stamped with our official seal.

2. After the materials are fully prepared, contact Tencent customer service and tell her that you need to apply for modifying the public account name. When she asks you for relevant materials, just send them to her online. Tencent staff will further review whether you meet the naming rules of WeChat WeChat official account, and reply to your review results within 3 working days (excluding weekends and legal holidays) after verification.

Method/Step 3: Modify in other ways

1. It is estimated that the public account cannot be modified by other methods, so you can only reapply and fill in the name of the public account as the name you want to modify.
