Several varieties are exported to South Korea, Beijing, Shanghai, Shijiazhuang, Xinjiang, and the three northeastern provinces. In 2000, the watermelon produced in this town was awarded the title of green food by the China Green Food Development Center for its pollution-free, pollution-free and high quality. Green food watermelon has become the town's leading industry. In 2001, the town registered the "Xianguo" brand trademark, and the "Xianguo" brand watermelon has become the township business card of Dongduzhuang Town.
