Secondly, cocktails can be divided into the following categories according to their alcohol content, drinking time, and hot and cold tastes--
1) Short Drinks:

2) Long Drinks:
Cocktails that will not affect the flavor even if left for 30 minutes, add ice and use a tall glass, suitable for drinking during or after a meal.
3) Hard drinks (Alcohol Drinks):
Cocktails with higher alcohol content belong to this category.
4) Soft drinks (Non-Alcohol Drinks):
Beverages made with lemon juice, orange juice, etc. that do not contain alcohol or only add a little alcohol.
5) Cold Drinks:
Cocktails with a temperature controlled between 5-6 degrees.
6) Hot Drinks:
The temperature is controlled between 60-80 degrees, with Hot Whiskey Today being the most representative.
In addition, the taste of cocktails can be divided into 5 types, namely: sweet, pungent, medium sweet, medium pungent, and sour.
Drinking periods are divided into: before meals, after meals, and all day (All Day).
