First consultation —— The applicant provides the certification consulting network with a brief introduction of the enterprise and a description of the current situation of the products to be certified, such as product model, name, parts list, drawings, working schematic diagram, technical parameter list and instructions for use.
2. Establishment of agency relationship-The entrusting party (applicant) signs an agency agreement with the agency (certification consulting network) to further clarify the responsibilities, rights and obligations of both parties in the form of a written contract, so as to ensure close cooperation between the two parties in the application process, make the application work go smoothly and achieve the expected purpose. At the same time, the power of attorney is the legal basis that the certification consulting network must submit to VDE to prove that it is indeed entrusted by the applicant.
3. Formal application form and structural parameter list-important documents for applying for VDE, and the applicant can provide photos.
4. Confirmation of application-VDE will apply within 2-4 weeks after receiving the formal application form and structural parameter list.
5. Sample delivery-When VDE's application is confirmed, it will inform the specific sample delivery requirements and relevant standards on which the test is based. Certification consulting network can help applicants to obtain relevant standards and sort out all relevant testing items and methods. After the sample is completed, it must be self-checked according to the standard requirements or sent to relevant domestic laboratories for prediction. After the prediction is qualified, the samples can be safely and accurately sent to VDE by express delivery for inspection and testing.

2) The test results may also be flawed. For some minor defects, Levy Certification Consulting Network communicates with VDE, and VDE can issue a certificate with a little modification, without sending samples.
3) When there are important defects in the test results, Levi Certification Consulting Network will discuss the unqualified reasons with the applicant. If necessary, please ask VDE to send back the unqualified samples for reference and analysis. After the sample is revised and improved, the certification consulting network will go through the re-inspection procedures and send the sample again until it is qualified. If the samples are re-sent within six months, the cost of re-testing will be more favorable.
6. Factory inspection-factory inspection before certification and supervision and review after certification. Before the factory review, Levi Certification Consulting Network assists the factory in self-checking the production facilities, experimental equipment, measurement and the whole quality system according to VDE requirements. If the inspector asks for rectification during the re-inspection, Levi Certification Consulting Network will assist the manufacturer to discuss the rectification measures as soon as possible and implement them quickly until the re-inspection is qualified.
7. Certification-On the premise that the factory inspection has passed smoothly, if the sample is qualified, VDE will inform the certification consulting network of the results in time, and will issue VDE certificates soon.
