In January 2001, Shanghai Shenyuan Electric Co., Ltd. was registered and established.

In June 2002, the trademark "SYRUNS" was registered.

In December 2002, it obtained the Shanghai Science and Technology Management Certificate.

In March 2003, it passed ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification.

In September 2003, the ERP management system was implemented and launched to promote the application of information technology.

March 2004: SY4000 series inverters passed the certification of "Shanghai High-tech Achievements Transformation Project".

October 2004: Won the "Shanghai High-tech Enterprise" certification.

In December 2005, it was recognized as “Minhang District Science Popularization Demonstration Enterprise”.

In January 2006, it passed the international CE certification.

In November 2006, it won the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Fund.

In 2007, "Shanghai Shenyuan Energy Technology Co., Ltd." was invested and established.

In 2008, SY5000 series inverters were launched.

In 2009, the construction of the new factory in Jiading started.

In 2010, the development of SY6000 series inverters and SY7000 series vector inverters was completed.

In July 2011, the SY6000 series inverter passed the international CE certification.
