Enter the Recovery mode interface and click to restore factory settings.

1. First, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The restart and shutdown options will pop up. Click "Shutdown".

2. Secondly, in the shutdown state, find the volume up key and power key.

3. Then press and hold the two buttons until a new screen appears on the interface.

4. Finally, when the startup screen appears, release the power button, then release the volume up button to enter the Recovery mode interface, and click to restore factory settings.
