So in the specific operating community, what pitfalls have I stepped on and what have I done. I have summarized the following points and share them with you.

1. Use the fragmented time that I usually have to browse my phone to do something

For example, as soon as I open my eyes every day, I will click on Xiaoyi’s kitchen on the top and take a look. Interact with the students through group chat conversations before going to bed last night and check-in status in the morning.

I will set an alarm clock in advance to remind myself when I send a group official account at noon or when I need to remind everyone that classes are about to start. This way you will never forget to post a message.

When I have time, I will check Teacher Xiaoyi’s WeChat to see if there is anything she needs me to do temporarily, and allocate my time reasonably. When others were scrolling through their phones, I saw the pictures posted and saved them for future assignment evaluation.

Later, search the chat content through WeChat and search for keywords, pictures and dates to check the homework again. Because homework is the finished product of everyone's hard work and time, it will also affect everyone's scoring, so it needs to be checked carefully and carefully.

I once asked Teacher Xiaoyi why Xiaoyi’s kitchen statistics do not use some small program to check in, so that later statistics will be much more convenient. Teacher Xiaoyi’s answer is: I like to see everyone posting pictures and interacting together in the group, rather than checking in coldly.

2. When doing tasks, you need to maintain a confirmed communication status at all times

At the end of the camp, I need to make graduation certificates and a family portrait for 9 people, as well as 15 posters and 3 gift packages. For a scholarship poster, these contents should be confirmed by Teacher Xiaoyi one day in advance before batch production.

Never cover your head before doing everything yourself. If you try to confirm again, the time you spent may have been wasted.

Confirm the communication first before doing it. Only with good understanding and communication skills can you perform tasks more smoothly. This logic must be there.

But in daily work, including myself, I will make such mistakes. As soon as I receive the task, I will do it first regardless of the details. The result can be imagined, that is, rework.

On the day the camp ended, I didn’t even have time to have dinner, so I was still rushing to draw the drawings. I was so rushed that I revised it several times during the process.

A problem is exposed here: things that are not determined must be confirmed in advance, and you cannot do things according to your own subjective consciousness. There are only so many hours in a day, and if you revise back and forth on the same thing, you won’t have the energy to do more. Fortunately, I finally caught the last train that day, but I reminded myself that next time I must communicate and confirm in advance before executing it.

It is important to arrange your time reasonably and confirm in advance to improve work efficiency.

3. Never overestimate your ability to handle many things

Food community operation is a very trivial job that requires a lot of time and energy. It is necessary to maintain high-frequency interactions with students in the group every day. It is not easy for one person to interact with dozens of people. And they need to record their delicious food at any time, and at the same time, combine it with their circle of friends to help them calculate their scores. Organize the daily group highlights and send out group announcements regularly at 12 noon every day based on what is happening in the group. I will be busier before and after the class starts, preparing the manuscript for the opening remarks, sorting out the essence of the course, collecting everyone's photo assignments, and keeping grading records, etc.

Especially when the end of the camp is approaching, in addition to the above things, you also need to prepare the end of the camp draft, make family photos, certificates for the top 3 scholarships, posters with gift packages for 15 people, and graduation certificates for 9 people. Confirm the topic and time with the guests.

I thought that these contents could be completed in one day. The fact is that during the day, I was extremely busy with my own work and could not complete these contents at all.

So a good operation should have the ability to rehearse, prepare in advance, and improve the efficiency of operating the community as much as possible. Only by planning the content in advance and anticipating the time required for each thing, can things be done later. Better to execute.

Especially the occurrence of some emergencies should be within the scope of the rehearsal. For example, if a guest is invited to share, the agreed time is 20 minutes, but the guest may speak for 40 minutes, so what should I do? You should rehearse everything beforehand and have a Plan B ready at all times.

So I re-evaluated my "disposable time" and focused on three frogs every day. Three Frogs is a term for time management. "Frogs" are the most important things every day, but you always want to delay or even avoid them. When you write about the three frogs every day, try to write about: your inner cultivation, life planning, study, career, caring for connections... these related things, and it is a specific and measurable thing, so the effect will be better. .

For frogs, there are three very important points to note:

1. How is the so-called "measurable" considered completed? Reading? How long to watch? How many pages to read? Be exactly the same, so that when you finish, you can only do more, not less. After talking for 30 minutes, it’s not finished if you only watch 29 minutes.

2. Eat the frog as early as possible and put away all other irrelevant chores, otherwise your anxiety will gradually increase! Do these three things first and your whole day will be relaxed. So this involves, try to plan things that are controllable.

3. Important principles. The so-called frogs are very important but not urgent things in our lives. In other words, they are things that accumulate. Such as reading, such as writing... these can accumulate the thickness of our lives. Things like "going shopping to buy some clothes" don't count.

I explored the shining points of the students, communicated with heart, and created a full sense of ceremony for everyone.

Every time I see a red envelope, I will subconsciously grab it. When I reviewed it afterwards, Teacher Xiaoyi said to me: Teacher Xiaoyi will not grab more than 95% of the red envelopes unless they are specifically designated for exclusive use. red envelope. Generally, Teacher Xiaoyi is the one who distributes red envelopes, especially in her own paid community. She positions herself well and does not need to compete with everyone for red envelopes. It is more blessed to give than to receive.

So I was thinking about why we give out red envelopes in the community? What is the meaning of giving red envelopes?

There are also some problems in the operation of this community. Now during the review, we also found some things that were not done well.

For example, the control of time nodes is not too accurate, and there are occasional deviations in statistical data analysis. I have made a list of these and try to avoid them in the next operation.

I happened to see this paragraph yesterday. The four stages of review are: understanding the essence of the problem, not making the same mistake again, transforming experience into ability, and solidifying content for secondary analysis.
