Trademark licensing requirements or conditions
1. Basis: both the holder and the user must sign a licensing agreement or contract;
2. Other requirements: The trademark must be approved and registered by the competent department; the authorizer is the holder of the trademark; there is no exclusive license or exclusive license agreement signed with other people or enterprises.
Trademark use licenses are divided into general licenses, exclusive licenses and exclusive licenses according to the content of the agreement. A general license can be signed with multiple parties; an exclusive license, after signing, prohibits use by competitors in the same region or industry; an exclusive license, except the holder, can only be obtained by one party.
