The trade and logistics industry in Textile City has distinct characteristics of the times. With the progress of the times and the rise of modern comprehensive consumption concept, family-based leisure consumption, cultural consumption, entertainment consumption, service consumption and car shopping have become the mainstream of life, and are gradually developing to experience consumption. Combined with the transformation of the original industrial plant, the Silk Road International Business Center and large shopping places will be built in the Textile City, which can meet people's differentiated consumption and fill the market gap. In particular, a large-scale under-forest parking lot and leisure belt are set up along the East Third Ring Road, which interprets the brand-new concept of business center and becomes a unique green, entertainment and leisure shopping fashion space in Xi 'an. Based on the advantages of Chanba's ecological environment, the propaganda effect of Guang Yun Lake, the permanent site of Eurasian Forum, the traffic location and the human environment, this paper analyzes the development conditions, puts forward the advantages of developing regional resources, and combines the development of ecological real estate and the construction of affordable housing to create a livable new environment in the eastern part of the city. Through the economic analysis of land use in old urban areas, urban villages and shanty towns, the development and construction of real estate projects can improve the utilization efficiency of urban land, give full play to the differential benefits of urban land and promote the rapid development of regional economy.
Textile City has formed four residential areas from south to north. The land replaced by the relocation of production enterprises, the demolition and transformation of villages in cities and shanty towns, and the transformation of living land in old urban areas will be built with plug-in affordable housing and integral commercial housing, and 34 administrative villages in the planning area will be gradually transformed into urban communities, improving urban functions and enhancing the image of the city.

Relying on the good ecological environment of Chanba Ecological Zone and the cultural background of the International Silk Road, the industry will form a linkage development with Xi 'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone and Xi 'an Qujiang New District Cultural Industry Cluster, featuring the creation and technology of textile research, cultural display, tourism textile production and sales, museums (textiles, clothing history, other artworks), movies and television, characteristic rail trains, handicrafts, textiles and ceramics. There are 4 national protected units such as Banpo Site in and around Textile City; There are 5 provincial-level cultural relics protection units such as the Thin Empress Dowager Mausoleum; Sun, former residence and other three municipal cultural relics protection units. The cultural scenery is dotted with dazzling things. Banpo Museum is the first site museum built in New China, and the site of Gubaqiao has a long history.
Textile City has a beautiful natural ecological landscape, and Hongqingshan National Forest Park and many resorts and farmhouses are the best choices for suburban tourism and leisure.

On the basis of fully considering the ecological environment, traffic and other factors, textile enterprises are planned to move out to undertake the industrial park in the south of Hong Qing Group and east of Bahe River.
The industrial park covers an area of about 4.3 square kilometers, forming a spatial pattern of "one core, one axis and two major functional areas". Relying on the bankruptcy and reorganization of textile enterprises in Textile City, it will develop jointly with the northern energy and chemical base of Hong Qing and the old industrial bases of Huazhong Qinghua and Xiangyang Company, undertake the industrial gradient transfer in East China, and realize the balanced industrial layout, interactive development and industrial structure upgrading of the whole city. Taking textile and clothing, aerospace science and technology, new materials, equipment manufacturing, modern services and other industries as the leading industries, an environmental protection industrial cluster with an output value exceeding 10 billion yuan will be formed, which will serve as the bearing place for industrial transfer in the east, enhance the attraction of regional investment and entrepreneurship, and become a new industrial economic growth point in Xi.
