When students do the imitation exercise of throwing a solid ball forward with both hands, the practitioner grasps the middle of the rubber belt with both hands, such as throwing a solid ball, and both ends of the rubber belt are pulled by another student. The students who practice push their lower limbs to the ground, hold out their chests and lead their arms.

In view of the premature decline of elbow joint, throwing a solid ball, almost no parabola, and the angle of hand is low, students adopt the practice of waving their arms forward and upward with their bare hands; Then take a hard hose or crutch about 50 cm long and practice the fixture before whipping.
If the student can't fully understand this movement, the teacher is on the descending route of his elbow joint (in front of his armpit) when he is doing unarmed arm exercises. Hold his elbow gently with your hand and let him feel something. Change it when you get it.
