Trademark registration process:

Online self-registration

Required materials: scanned copy of company business license, official seal.

Method:

1. Log in to sbj.saic.gov.cn/wssq, fill in the company information according to the page prompts, and put the red official seal in the blank (no text) Scan a copy of the business license and submit it.

2. In about two working days, you will receive a confirmation email, click "Certificate Download", set the pin, enter the operation interface, and register your trademark online during working hours.

Go to the Trademark Building to register by yourself

Required materials: a copy of the company's business license and official seal.

1. Log in to sbj.saic.gov.cn/wssq, download the "Trademark Registration Request Form" and fill it out as required.

2. Submit the "Request for Trademark Registration" and a copy of the business license stamped with the official seal at the acceptance window to complete the trademark application.

Agency registration

Required materials: a copy of the company’s business license and official seal.

1. Sign a power of attorney.

2. Just submit the "Request for Trademark Registration" and a copy of the business license stamped with the official seal to the agency.
