1. Trademark search query

Go to China Trademark Network to check whether there is a similar trademark, confirm that there is no similar trademark, and submit a trademark registration application.

2. Formal review

The formal review period will probably be completed within 3-4 weeks after the application is submitted. After the formal examination is passed, the Trademark Office issues the Notice of Acceptance of Trademark Registration.

3. Substantive review stage

After the form is approved, it will take about one year to enter the substantive review stage. If it passes the substantive examination, it will enter the announcement procedure, that is, the so-called objection period, which lasts about 3 months.

4. Specific examination level

After half a year's substantive examination, check the details of trademark application on China Trademark Network. Eight months later, if the trademark was rejected, I received the Notice of Trademark Rejection and was told the detailed reasons for rejection.

5. Trademark Announcement

Two months later, the trademark was not rejected, and the Trademark Office finished the examination and officially announced it in official website. After 5 months, the announcement expires, and there is no objection. The Trademark Registration Certificate is completed.
