What are the precautions for handling trademark license filing?
The Trademark Office publishes a notice on the filing of trademark licensing contracts in the Trademark Announcement.

(1) Application documents to be submitted

1. If a registered trademark is licensed to a licensee, an application for filing a trademark license contract shall be submitted.

2. If the applicant is a natural person, a copy of valid documents (such as ID card) that can prove his identity shall be submitted; if the applicant is a legal person or other organization, a copy of the business license stamped with the official seal of the applicant shall be submitted.

3. A copy of the trademark license contract or a notarized copy of the trademark license contract.

4. If the contract is written in a foreign language, the corresponding Chinese translation shall be attached.

5. If you go to the trademark registration hall by yourself, you should submit a copy of the ID card of the agent.

6. If a trademark agency is entrusted, a power of attorney for trademark agency shall also be submitted.

(II) Specific requirements

1. All documents should be written neatly and clearly, and the filing application should be printed by typewriter.

2. Both parties to the license contract shall sign or seal the contract. If the parties are legal persons or other organizations, the official seal of the applicant shall be affixed, and foreign legal persons or other organizations may be signed by their legal representatives or authorized persons.

3. The application form should meet the following requirements:

(1) The licensor's name, registration certificate number and name of goods or services on the application form should be exactly the same as the registrant's name, registration certificate number and name of goods or services on the Trademark Registration Certificate.

(2) The licensed goods or services shall not exceed the scope of goods or services approved by the Trademark Registration Certificate.

(3) The term of license shall not exceed the validity period in the Trademark Registration Certificate.

(3) A trademark license contract must have the following terms:

1. The name of the licensed trademark and its registration certificate number.

2. Scope of licensed goods and services.

3. Term of license.

4. Terms and conditions for the licensor to supervise the quality of goods in which the licensee uses its registered trademark.

5. The terms in which the licensee indicates the name of the licensee and the place of origin of the goods on which the licensed trademark is used.
