Enterprises that use registered trademarks on goods and apply to register Chinese product barcode manufacturer identification codes should in principle have the right to register trademarks; units that legally use other people’s registered trademarks can only apply for registration if they do not violate the commodity code. Only on the premise of ensuring the authenticity of the product can you apply for registration of the Chinese product barcode manufacturer identification code.

2. Commodity barcode application procedures:

1. The enterprise obtains the China Commodity Barcode Manufacturer Identification Code Registration Application form from the China Article Coding Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") or its branch. , fill it out completely as required.

2. The enterprise should submit a copy of the enterprise's legal person business license (private enterprises or individual industrial and commercial households that have not obtained legal person qualifications should provide a business license) and trademark registration certificate (if the registered trademark is not used on the goods, the enterprise A certificate should be issued) and sent to the center or its branch together with the application for manufacturer code registration.

3. The enterprise pays relevant fees.

4. After registration is completed, the center will notify the enterprise in writing of the manufacturer code and issue the "Certificate of Membership of the Chinese Commodity Barcode System" to the enterprise.

5. The center will announce the enterprise and its registered manufacturer code.
