If you are using a Huawei mobile phone and the network prompts that access is refused when connecting to WLAN, you can do the following:

(1) Confirm whether the MAC address filtering function is turned on on the router (black and white) List) function;

The router Mac address filtering path is usually: router management interfacegt; wireless settingsgt; MAC address filtering. (The setting paths of different routers may be different. Please refer to the router manual or consult the equipment provider’s customer service.)

(2) If the black and white list is turned on, please confirm the WLAN MAC address (device) on the mobile phone, and Add the address to the allowed MAC address access list or remove it from the prohibited MAC address access list;

Get the device MAC address path: With WIFI turned on, enter settings>About the phone>Status information ;

(3) Modify the mobile settings to use the device MAC.

(4) Please reset the settings and try restarting the router.
