Article 3. Party B's responsibilities.

1. Delivery date of processed products:

Party A shall notify the printing factory in advance according to the fabric arrival plan: the delivery date shall be 5 days as agreed by both parties, and the delivery date shall be counted from the date when Party A officially notifies Party B of the delivery.

3. Quality and technical standards and requirements of processed products:

1) Before mass production, Party B must prepare the plates before production, and confirm the size process for Party A. The signature after Party A's approval is the inspection standard. If Party B fails to provide the prenatal board confirmation in time, all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B. ..

Article 4. Default in delivery quantity and delivery date.

2. As Party B fails to deliver the goods within the time required by Party A, Party B shall bear 2% of the total price of this batch of goods as liquidated damages every day.
