Legal analysis: there is a time limit for the inheritance of trademark rights. You must apply to the State Trademark Office for the transfer of the exclusive right to use a trademark within one year from the date of the death of the registered obligee, otherwise, you may lose this legal right after the deadline. The successor inherits the exclusive right to use a trademark within the validity period of the trademark.
