? As early as the early 193s, a group of peasant children from Shajiabang Town went to Shanghai to learn "foreign coppersmith", which was actually the earliest mold worker in China, including "Huang Fa Ji" founded by Huang Hairui, a native of Shajiabang. Huang Hairui was born in 1886 in a small village called "Hudianli" in the north of Hengjing Town, Kuncheng Lake. He studied as a coppersmith since childhood and was illiterate. On the eve of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he left home for Shanghai to "run solo" because of famine, and ran alleys in Shanghai with his own skills to repair copper and iron devices for the citizens to make a living. At that time, the owner of a Japanese glass factory asked Huang Hairui, "Can you repair these glass products molds that are about to be scrapped?" Master Huang looked back and forth for a long time and said, "Let me take one back first and return the original tomorrow." The Japanese boss agreed. When Master Huang came home, he was thinking about this pig iron thing in his hand and thought, Isn't this an iron object? You can try. With his exquisite craftsmanship, he not only repaired the old mold, but also made a new mold. Perhaps this is the first glass mold made by China people by hand. When the goods were delivered the next day, the Japanese boss was surprised and thought: China has such a superior person. Since then, a large number of molds in this glass factory have not been shipped back to China, and all of them have been repaired by Huang Hairui. With the increase of business, Huang Hairui soon opened a mold factory named "Huangfa Machine" to produce and repair glass molds. At first, there were only more than 1 belt lathes, more than 3 migrant workers recruited from their hometown, dusty factories and dusty workers, all of which were taught by Huang Hairui, which was the first in Shanghai and even the whole country at that time. It is no exaggeration to say that he trained the first generation of mold workers for China. Later, Huang sponsored the apprentice Zhao Gongtai (also from Hudianli) and founded a mold factory. Since then, the two mold factories founded by Shajiabang people are based in Shanghai and enjoy a good reputation all over the country. During the period of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Shajiabang area became Su Changtai's anti-Japanese guerrilla base, and the New Fourth Army mobilized a group of skilled workers familiar with metalworking from Shanghai Mould Factory to go to the base and set up an arsenal. The so-called arsenal, in fact, only has some iron piers, hammers, pliers, stoves, etc., and a small boat is also available for transfer. Therefore, the local people call it a gun repair shop. The gun repair institute was established in October 194 in the territory of Tang City, and has been active in villages such as Caodang, Huangqiao, Zhangji, Changbang, Sijing, Baojiaba and Shuanghebang since then. Director Su Jianxiong and instructors are Chen Guoping and Cheng Yuan successively. With simple tools, they repaired old guns, homemade grenades, bayonets and modified old bullets for the New Fourth Army, and gradually developed into using scrap iron to turn sand. Once, the Japanese army suddenly entered the village, and Sun Dasheng, a young man from Huangqiao, disguised the ship of the gun repair station as a fortune-telling ship for the blind and escaped the Japanese search. On another occasion, the Japanese army rushed to Baojiaba, and Song Sanbao, the little girl of the landlord, hid some old guns in the woodpile, which made the Japanese army fan the air. In April, 1941, the scale of the gun repair workshop was expanded. In order to prevent accidents, they left their native land and moved to a safer place. They made indelible contributions to the victory of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.
? After the founding of New China, Huang Faji and Zhao Gongtai merged with other small factories to form the Shanghai Jingyi Glass Mould Factory. The scale continued to expand, and a number of apprentices were recruited in their hometown, which trained a large number of mold production professionals for China. Huang died in Shanghai in 1966, but his apprentices have been trained all over the country. At the end of 197s, these peasant children who were born in Shajiabang Town became first-class domestic mold masters with comprehensive skills. After retirement, they all returned to their hometowns and brought their glass mold manufacturing technology back to their hometowns, becoming "pioneers" in the development of Shajiabang mold industry. In April, 1974, Commune Glass Mould Factory and Hubang Glass Mould Factory were established in Shajiabang Town almost at the same time, which was the earliest collective enterprise in Shajiabang Town. At that time, both mold factories achieved good benefits. Hubang Brigade implements the policy of subsidizing agriculture with industry and subsidizing the price of national commodity grain, thus encouraging and promoting the development of agricultural production and becoming an advanced brigade in the county. The successful experience of the establishment of the mold factory of Hubang Brigade led to the establishment of 13 glass mold factories in the neighboring villages such as Miaowang, Panyong, Shuangbang, Caobang, Huangcao, Shuinan, Xiabang, Qiandang, Caodang and Xushi, reaching more than 3 by the end of 199. Among these Shanghai masters, there are Hubang Mould Factory supported by Yu Agou and Shuangbang Mould Factory supported by Yu Agou and Deng Genxing. Pan Hong Mould Factory supported by Master Huang Gensheng; Shinan Mould Factory supported by Master Xie Fumin; Former swing mold factory supported by Master Weng Jinhai; Town mold factory supported by Master Li Songlin; Wang Cao Mould Factory supported by Master A; Oriental Mould Factory supported by Master Zhou Liansheng. They also trained a group of mold masters and their inheritors, and became the technical backbone of Shajiabang glass mold manufacturing enterprises. They undertook the glass mold manufacturing business from all over the country, and formed their own characteristics. Soon, they were officially named as "the hometown of molds in china glass" by China Daily Glass Association.
In 1996, Changshu Seiko Glass Mould Co., Ltd. purchased the first CNC lathe. On September 29th, 1998, Shajiabang Town Glass Mould Association was formally established, with its president Zhao Yiyuan. Mould enterprises have developed together, and * * * has registered the trademark of "Shajiabang Mould". Among them, mold enterprises with a certain scale have introduced science and technology and increased investment, which have fully realized CNC lathe, computerized drawing, modernized equipment and automated process, and have emerged with great vitality. Since then, the whole town has shown a pattern of economic extroversion, community layout, enterprise collectivization, product science and technology, and diversified management. After China joined the WTO in 21, the leading enterprises in the industry, Seiko and Jianhua Mould Factory, took the lead in undertaking the first batch of foreign trade business, and then, a number of key enterprises successively obtained independent export rights. In just a few years, the products have successively entered the high-end markets of more than 2 countries, such as Japan, the United States, Germany, France, Belgium and Italy, and established close cooperative relations with the world's top and famous domestic daily glass enterprises. Since then, the reputation of "the hometown of molds in china glass" has been widely known in the world. In December 212, China Daily Glass Association came to Shajiabang Town for investigation and investigation, and was awarded the title of "china glass Mould Industry Base".
in November 217, the first Shajiabang glass mould capital in China was successfully declared. Since then, Shajiabang has not only Aqingsao, but also hairy crabs, as well as a glass mold capital. When you stroll around the street corner, there may be a glass mold enterprise printed in your eyes, and the simple exterior wall is engraved with traces of time. A poet couldn't help singing: roaming in Shajiabang, a new scene of the capital of molds, fine products have gone abroad one after another, and solidified music has been played.
It's an uneven journey from Huangfa Machine to Jingyi Glass Mould Factory, from the hometown of moulds to the capital of moulds. In recent years, the masters have received apprentices, generation after generation, batch after batch. There are 11 enterprises engaged in mold production in the town, with more than 6, workers engaged in mold production. On this basis, Shajiabang glass mold characteristic industry innovation platform has been integrated and established. Today, three-quarters of the glass molds in the national market are produced in Shajiabang, and more than 1.5 million sets of glass molds are sold all over the world from here every year. In the global mold purchasing market, Shajiabang's mold share is as high as 9%.
