In November 2003, the German Bullfrog Company went to China for the first time to inspect and seek partners. After patient and strict selection, German Bullfrog finally decided to cooperate with Zhongshan Hidy Furniture Co., Ltd. in Guangdong Province, established the Asia-Pacific factory of German Bullfrog sofa in China, and authorized Zhongshan Hidy Furniture Co., Ltd. (Zhongshan Hidy Furniture Ltd), as the only partner in the Asia-Pacific region to produce and sell Bullfrog brand furniture, is fully responsible for brand promotion, business promotion and channel construction in Greater China. Zhongshan Haidi Furniture Co., Ltd. has the sole right to use and benefit from the Bullfrog trademark in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently, the German Bullfrog Sofa Asia-Pacific Factory has a modern standard factory building of about 20,000 square meters, and has introduced machinery and equipment imported from Germany to form a domestically advanced production line. The products have passed strict safety tests in Germany and are subject to strict quality monitoring by long-term German engineers stationed in the factory. Strict monitoring management systems and inspection standards ensure that products reach high-quality levels to meet market demand. Our goal is to deliver high-quality products with zero defects to our users.

Since the cooperation was reached in 2004, Haidi Furniture has maintained close contact with its German headquarters and kept pace with all work in production, design, research and development, and promotion. Over the years, China and Germany have attached great importance to interactive learning and exchanges. Relevant staff from Chinese factories regularly go to Germany for training and study every year. German studio engineers go to the factory to track the entire production process and train front-line employees.
