He was employed as a visiting professor at Jiangxi Rural Richness Technology Correspondence University and enjoyed special allowance from the municipal government. In 2006, it undertook the transformation project of national agricultural scientific and technological achievements, and drove more than 5000 people in the local and surrounding areas to engage in the cultivation of rare edible mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus. At the same time, it has also created direct economic benefits of more than 20 million yuan for enterprises. In recent years, Pleurotus ostreatus, Agrocybe aegerita, Auricularia auricula, Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus ostreatus have successively obtained the certification of pollution-free agricultural products and famous brand agricultural products in Jiangxi Province.
