Small workshops cannot buy other people’s products and change their trademarks.
If a small workshop buys someone else's product and replaces it with its own trademark, it is actually infringing the intellectual property rights of the original product manufacturer and violating relevant laws and regulations. According to my country's "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China", "Trademark Law" and other laws and regulations, unauthorized use of other people's trademarks or registration of trademarks that have been registered by others constitutes infringement of trademark rights and will face corresponding penalties. There are legal risks, so small workshops cannot buy other people's products and change their trademarks.
In the process of starting a business, we must abide by regulations on intellectual property rights and business ethics, respect the legitimate rights and interests of others, and seek legal channels for product development and production.
