Cao Dewang, born in May 1946, is a native of Fuqing, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. He is the founder and chairman of Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd. Fuyao Glass Group was established in 1987 and is the largest automotive glass supplier in China and the second largest in the world. He is an entrepreneur who does not pay bribes. He claims to have "never given a box of mooncakes" and does things with integrity. He is a Buddhist who does good deeds. From his first donation in 1983 to 2020, Cao Dewang's cumulative personal donations have reached 11 billion yuan. Think that giving money is just a "small kindness". In May 2009, Cao Dewang became the first Chinese winner of the Ernst & Young Global Entrepreneur of the Year Award, known as the Oscar in the business world.
