The branch of Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant is Fangzhuang Branch, which continues the tradition of Quanjude. The store is gorgeously decorated, with a large area (3 floors), many private rooms, and ample parking spaces at the door. The dishes are well-made, the taste is authentic, the prices are affordable, and the service is warm, thoughtful and professional. Private rooms need to be reserved in advance, especially during holidays. Worth coming again. The biggest feature of the roast duck at Quanju Defangzhuang is that it is roasted in a fruit wood hanging oven instead of an electric oven. Quanjude, a famous time-honored brand in China, was founded in 1864 (the third year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty). After several generations of entrepreneurial struggle, it has achieved considerable development. In January 1999, Quanjude was recognized as a well-known trademark by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. It was the first Chinese well-known trademark in the service category in my country.
