2. Submit information
Submit the following information to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for review

3. Obtain business license
After approval , you can collect the original and duplicate of the business license with the ID card of the person in charge;
4. Engraving the seal
Official seal, private seal, and financial seal; for the daily operation of the enterprise, only these three As long as there is an invoice to be issued later, you have to engrave an invoice stamp. If you have any other special requirements in the future, you can also engrave other stamps;
5. Open a bank account
Bank The legal person who opens an account goes to the bank with the original identity document to open a basic public account. Now the account opening license has been cancelled, replaced by the basic bank account information. Now you can usually get the account information on the spot; opening an account generally requires an appointment in advance. Banks have different charging standards, so you can choose a bank that you are familiar with and has good service quality.
6. Tax registration
After the business license and seal are processed, you can go to the local tax bureau and the state taxation office for tax registration. It should be noted that after completing the tax registration, you need to obtain the bank account opening license, the original and duplicate copy of the business license, the official seal, financial seal, and legal person seal, and sign a tripartite agreement with the tax bureau in a timely manner. Then sign a three-party agreement with the bank where the basic account is opened, and finally submit it to the tax bureau. After this round, the entrepreneur can pay taxes electronically. If an enterprise wants to issue invoices, it needs to apply for a tax controller, participate in tax controller usage training, and approve the application for invoices. After the application is completed, the company is qualified to issue invoices, and then it can be equipped with a computer and a dot matrix printer to issue invoices.
