Phosphating coated elevator wire rope is a patented product, which is directly twisted with phosphating steel wire (note: steel wire is not cold drawn after phosphating). Manganese or zinc-manganese phosphating can improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of steel wire, and its fatigue life is 3-4 times that of smooth steel wire rope with the same structure, which can be verified by fatigue test. Although the price is slightly higher, the unit cost of phosphating coated steel wire rope is only 30-40% of that of smooth steel wire rope, which has incomparable cost performance advantage, higher quality stability and longer maintenance period.

Smooth elevator wire rope is twisted with smooth steel wire, which is not wear-resistant, easy to rust and has a short service life, and will soon be completely eliminated.
