Production method of sorghum molasses
1. Material selection: The main raw material of cotton candy is corn starch, which is first converted into glucose syrup when it is made. Glucose syrup for soft candy is a semi-finished product of solid glucose, which can be directly absorbed by human body. Some of the dry solids in grape pulp are dextrin without sweetness, and the rest are glucose and a small amount of low-alcohol sugars such as maltose and oligosaccharides. Therefore, fruit fudge is not sweet, but it is very nutritious.
2. Making: According to the characteristics of various fruits, make a model first, and then use glucose syrup as the main raw material, and add a proper amount of refined starch, sucrose, juice, etc. Boil it to a specified temperature, turn it into porridge paste, and pour it into a mold for molding. Bake for 72 hours, then clean the starch on the surface of the candy with sugar, and then hang it with sand for packaging.
