The Wu Changchang beef noodle in Xijiekou is the most authentic, because they dry it themselves. As for those so-called specialty stores, they bake them in ovens. There are also those in supermarkets that are baked in the oven. The ones made by hand are delicious. If you don’t believe me, try it. But if you are eating it on a daily basis, then any canned food store in Xijiekou sells it. The taste is similar, but it is not as famous as Wu Changchang
