Terms and Conditions

1.1 When developing programs for the App Store, developers must comply with the Program License Agreement (PLA), Human Interaction Guidelines (HIG), and any agreements signed between the developer and Apple. 2. Functions

2.11 Applications that are duplicates of existing programs in the App Store may be rejected, especially if there are a large number of them, such as flashlight applications and Kama Sutra applications.

2.12 Applications that are not significantly useful, are not unique, or are simply bundled with a website may be rejected; programs that do not provide any lasting entertainment value may be rejected.

2.13 Programs used primarily for marketing or advertising will be rejected.

2.14 Applications that provide deceptive or false functionality without clear labeling will be rejected.

2.15 Apps larger than 100MB (green was originally 50MB) cannot be downloaded over cellular networks (the App Store will automatically ban them).

2.16 The use of background services by multi-tasking programs is limited to several purposes: VoIP, audio playback, geolocation, task completion and local reminders, etc.

2.17 Applications are only allowed to use the iOS WebKit framework and WebKit Javascript to browse web content.

2.18 Apps that encourage alcohol or illegal drug use, or induce young people to drink or smoke, will be rejected.

2.19 Apps that provide incorrect system diagnostics or device data will be rejected.

2.20 Developers who upload a large number of similar versions of programs to the App Store will be removed from the iOS Developer Program.

2.21 Simple song or video applications should be submitted to the iTunes store, and book applications should be submitted to the iBookstore.

2.22 Applications that arbitrarily restrict users based on circumstances (such as location or carrier) will be rejected.

2.23 Apps must comply with the iOS Data Storage Guidelines, otherwise the app will be rejected.

2.24 Applications stored in Newsstand must comply with Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 of the Developer Program License Agreement, otherwise the application will be rejected.

2.25 Similar to the App Store, applications that display other applications for purchase or promotion purposes will be rejected unless they are subject to special review and approval (such as health management, aviation and other accessibility requirements, etc.), or Applications that provide significant added value to special groups of users.

2.26 Only when the app collection is due to special review requirements, the app can display and recommend other applications other than itself, such as health management, aviation, and accessibility requirements, otherwise the application will be reject.

3. Metadata (name, description, rating, ranking, etc.)

3.1 Apps or any other mobile platform mentioned in the metadata will be rejected.

3.2 Programs with placeholder text will be rejected

3.4 In order not to confuse users, the application name in iTunes Connect should be consistent with the application name displayed on the device.

3.5 App icons of different sizes must be consistent, otherwise it will cause confusion.

3.6 Apps whose program icons and screenshots do not meet the 4+ age rating will be rejected.

3.7 Programs whose directories and types are inappropriate for the program content will be rejected.

3.8 Developers are responsible for assigning appropriate ratings to their programs. Disproportionate ratings may be revised by Apple.

3.9 Developers are responsible for specifying appropriate keywords for their programs. Inappropriate keywords may be modified/deleted by Apple.

3.10 Developers who engage in the following behaviors will be expelled from the iOS Developer Program by Apple: attempting to manipulate or deceive user ratings, forging or paying for ratings, and other disproportionate behaviors.

3.11 Apps that recommend users to restart their iOS devices before installing and downloading will be rejected.

3.12 During the submission review process, applications should include URLs that function properly, such as support URLs and privacy policy URLs.

3.13 If the app's screenshots and marketing text do not clearly identify content or items that require additional separate purchases (such as using IAP), the app will be rejected.

3.14 App preview can only use the video screen, narration, text and design overlays captured from the application, otherwise the application will be rejected. (10.11 update)

3.15 Applications that add App Preview and display personal information of real people without permission will be rejected. (10.11 Update)

3.16 App previews may only include music that is authorized for this purpose in all selected regions. (10.11 update)
