How to look at trademarks when blending wine?
Look at the implementation standards on the trademark.

Generally speaking, as long as it is a regular production of liquor, there are descriptions of liquor implementation standards on the trademarks of wine bottles. You only need to remember three kinds: the implementation standards of pure grain liquor are GB/T10781-2006; The implementation standard of pure alcohol blending is GB/T 20821-2007; There is another standard between solid fermentation and liquid fermentation, which is GB/T20822-2007. This liquor belongs to the solid-liquid method.

Try not to buy the second standard and the third standard in the future, because these two standards represent blended wine. Simply put, as long as it is blended wine, it must be marked with 2082 1 or 20822. If it is not marked, it proves to be pure grain and wine. It should be noted here that alcohol blending wine is also in line with national standards. However, compared with liquor brewed with pure grain, alcohol blended liquor has lower production cost and will not waste grain. However, if you drink too much, you will easily get thirsty and have a headache. Do not drink pure grain and pure wine, which is healthier and less irritating.

Method of choosing wine

1. When purchasing liquor products, consumers should first choose national famous products produced by large and medium-sized enterprises. Through the national quality and technical supervision, industry and commerce, health and other departments to supervise and spot check the quality of liquor products, it is found that the quality of famous liquor is excellent, the sensory quality and physical and chemical indicators are excellent, and the low-grade products can maintain their inherent unique style.

2. Consumers are advised not to buy liquor products without production date, factory name and address. Because these products may not meet the hygiene requirements in the process of raw material procurement, production and processing.

3. Liquor products are not "the older, the more fragrant". Low-alcohol liquor (usually products with alcohol content below 40) is the mainstream of liquor products in China at present, and its development is the result of China's liquor industry following the product structure adjustment policy. In recent years, the hydrolysis of esters after storage of low-alcohol liquor for a period of time (usually one year or more) has gradually become the focus of liquor industry. Therefore, when buying low-alcohol liquor, it is best to choose liquor products within two years.
