As long as the trademark is within the validity period, it is illegal for others to use it. Therefore, after the trademark is successfully registered, the trademark should be operated reasonably. If a registered trademark becomes the common name of the goods approved for use or has not been used for three consecutive years without justifiable reasons, any unit or individual may apply to the Trademark Office to cancel the registered trademark, which is what we call cancellation. After cancellation, if other companies want to use the trademark, they can re-apply for registration of the trademark.
