Trademark agencies shall pay trademark fees in accordance with the law when handling various businesses. Only after filing with the Trademark Office can the agency prepay the trademark fee to the Trademark Office by bank remittance (telegraphic transfer or letter transfer) (as shown on the website of China Trademark Office). An agency must remit money in the legal name of an agency registered in the Trademark Office, but not in the name of a legal person, person in charge or manager. You can put the money into the financial system of the Trademark Office within three to four working days after remittance. After the trademark online application is opened, the payment method of the agency remains unchanged. At present, the Trademark Office does not accept other remittance methods except bank remittance.

There is no minimum limit on the remittance amount of a trademark agency, and the remittance should be made in full and on time according to the business volume. If the payment is insufficient, the application business will not be accepted.

2. Unified financial revenue and expenditure schedule

After the trademark application is audited by the financial department, the liberal arts department of Tongda Trademark Service Center will issue the Notice of Acceptance.

The Trademark Office shall settle accounts at the end of each month. After the online application for trademark is opened, the form of unified receipt and the list of financial deductions remain unchanged. After receiving the unified receipt and the electronic deduction schedule, the trademark agency shall check it in time, and contact the financial department of the Trademark Office in time if it finds any problems or questions. If the e-mail address is not provided at present, please provide the e-mail address document stamped with the official seal of the company and submit it or mail it to the Finance Section of the General Office of the Trademark Office. Where the e-mail address of a trademark agency changes, it shall submit or mail the change document stamped with the official seal of the company to the financial department of the Trademark Office, and send the list to the changed e-mail address in the current month or the following month.

3. Business types that can be refunded

The trademark agency shall return the original notice of disapproval of the transfer, change or renewal of business, and the notice of non-acceptance and the notice of deemed abandonment cannot be returned.

Reissue the trademark registration certificate, provide the registration certificate, and reissue the certificate of trademark transfer, change and renewal. If the application for correction does not fall within the scope of correction, a notice of rejection will be issued, and the trademark agency can only refund it after the director of archives signs the original notice for confirmation.

4. Financial treatment of unpaid refunds

The financial department of the Trademark Office will reject the application without payment, and issue a notice of rejection without payment after daily payment. After the trademark application is rejected without payment, the paper documents will not be returned, the data will not be recovered, the application date and application number will not be retained, and the application can only be re-submitted.

There is a time difference of about one day between the balance of financial data displayed by the online trademark application system and the data of the financial system of the Trademark Office. After the online application system successfully submits the electronic application, if the electronic application reaches the financial matching link and the trademark prepayment has been used up by the paper application, the online application for electronic application will also be rejected and will not be paid. The trademark agency shall remit money in full in advance according to the business volume, so as to avoid the application being rejected and returned due to insufficient funds.

5. Advance payment balance inquiry and financial reconciliation

Trademark financial matching is the intermediate link of trademark examination system, so it is impossible to make real-time statistics on the number and amount of applications transferred from the background of entry to matching. At present, it can only reflect the settled business of trademark agencies, and the prepayment balance displayed in the financial system cannot truly reflect the available amount. The agency must conduct complete and accurate financial accounting, do a good job in the registration of declaration business, do a good job in the handover of post adjustment, and grasp the balance of advance payment in time. The Trademark Office does not provide inquiries about the balance of advance payment.

Trademark agencies can conduct annual reconciliation with the financial department of the Trademark Office to check the remittance and use of advance payment. Please prepare financial information such as remittance copy, unified receipt, account book or detailed list in advance for reconciliation, and check it by phone or in person in the financial department of the comprehensive office of the Trademark Office.

6. Go through the financial cancellation procedures.

Due to cancellation or closure, a trademark agency may apply for settlement of the prepayment account after going through the relevant industrial and commercial formalities. Trademark agencies shall submit relevant materials to the quality supervision and management office of the Trademark Office when handling customs clearance procedures, and start customs clearance procedures after passing the examination.

A trademark agency shall provide true, accurate and complete financial information, and after verification by the financial department of the Trademark Office, it shall refund the fees and settle the accounts according to the information fed back by the relevant departments.

7, trademark agency name and address change registration.

The unified receipt mailed by the financial department of the Trademark Office shall be based on the legal name and address of the trademark agency registered in our bureau. Where the name or address of the agency changes, it shall register with the quality supervision and administration department of the Trademark Office in time. After the registration is completed, the financial department of the Trademark Office will send a unified receipt according to the changed name or address, and the agency will take full responsibility for the loss of not receiving the unified receipt in time due to providing untrue and inaccurate registered name and address and failing to make corresponding change registration in time.
