Look at product packaging
Ceramic tiles in the market are all packed in cartons, and the production name, product name, trademark, specification, size, color number and quantity should be printed on the packaging. Don't forget to check the ISO9000 quality system certification mark and product certificate! When shopping, be sure to choose products with complete and clear logo to ensure that the selected tiles are consistent with the logo on the packaging box.
Look at the appearance of the product
Take out several tiles from the packing box to see if there are any defects such as lack of glaze, spots and surface cracks. Standing 3 meters away, as long as the defects are not obvious and do not affect the use, it is a qualified product. At the same time, check whether there is a product trademark on the back of the tile, and there must be no attached glaze on the side and back that hinders adhesion.
See chromatic aberration
There are a lot of tiles in the decoration, and the color difference will obviously affect the effect. Therefore, when purchasing, all packaged products must be sampled and compared to observe the color difference changes. Tiles with large color difference must not be used! Also check whether the color of each box of tiles is consistent.
Listen to the sound of tiles
Besides watching, you need to listen! Distinguish the internal quality of ceramic tiles from the sound by tapping. Crisp sound usually means high quality tiles.
Look at the size
Check the tile size one by one, and the products with an error greater than 0.5mm and flatness greater than 0. 1mm are not only difficult to construct, but also have poor decorative effect. Never use such tiles!
