The company was founded in 1982, with an annual beer production capacity of 2 million tons, ranking first in Henan Province and fourth in the country. It is a key enterprise in the national food industry and one of the top 100 enterprises in Henan Province with comprehensive industrial strength.

The company has invested in and built 18 beer production bases in 10 provinces including Henan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Shandong, Shanxi, and Guangdong, with more than 10 supporting facilities including malt, power, glass, and chemicals. The company's expansion model of Jinxing's sole proprietorship, self-replication, and small steps is known as the third expansion model of China's beer industry. More than 30 products of the company's two major series, Venus and Blue Horse, sell well in more than 20 provinces across the country, and Venus' new generation beer has become a national brand.
