Article 5 These measures apply to the establishment, declaration and dynamic management of provincial model family farms. The Provincial Department of Agriculture is responsible for the identification and management of provincial model family farms. Chapter 2 Application Conditions Article 6 Provincial-level model family farms shall, in principle, be generated from provincial-level city-level and directly-administered county-level model family farms. (4) Production standards. The production facilities and equipment should match the production scale, have a high level of mechanization or receive high social services. Standardized production is implemented, production records are complete, products use or registered brands, quality is traceable and comply with national industrial policies and prohibited behavior regulations, and production and operation activities are conducted with integrity and law-abiding. Family farms engaged in livestock and poultry breeding must obtain the "Animal Epidemic Prevention Conditions Certificate" and livestock and poultry breeding registration. Those with independent brands and registered trademarks will be given priority for recommendation and application. (5) The benefits are obvious. The land output rate and economic benefits have been significantly improved. The annual per capita net income of family members is more than 20% higher than the per capita net income of farmers in the county (city, district), which has a demonstration effect on surrounding farmers.
